1. Our services

Job59 offers the following services, depending on your plan:

• Writing or improving your resume and cover letter.
• Creating a personal portfolio website.
• Career plan: applying to jobs on your behalf on company career pages, by email to HR teams and recruiters, and on job sites using a profile we create for you.
• LinkedIn + Naukri plan: everything in the Career plan, plus applying to jobs from your own LinkedIn and Naukri accounts with your permission.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You log in using your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
• One account is for one person. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.

3. Your responsibilities

• The information you give us (education, experience, skills and so on) must be true and accurate. We are not responsible for consequences of false information.
• Review the resume and profile we create, and tell us about any mistakes.
• Respond to interview calls and employer messages yourself.
• Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.

4. Access to your LinkedIn and Naukri accounts

• For the LinkedIn + Naukri plan, you authorise us to log in to your LinkedIn and Naukri accounts only to search for and apply to jobs on your behalf.
• We will not change your password, post content, message your contacts, or make purchases from your accounts without your approval.
• You can revoke access at any time by changing your password or by asking us in writing.
• You understand that LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms have their own terms of use, which may restrict third-party access to accounts. Platforms may ask for verification or limit an account. You choose this plan at your own discretion, and we are not liable for actions taken by these platforms.

5. No guarantee of a job

We work hard to improve your chances, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, a specific number of responses, or any salary.

6. Plans, payments and renewals

• Plan prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically at the price shown for that plan until you cancel. Introductory and referral prices apply only as described on the website at the time you sign up.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Referral programme

Referral discounts apply when a friend you refer signs up and pays for a plan. We may change or end the referral programme, and may cancel referral benefits obtained through fake accounts or misuse.

8. Ownership of work

Once your payment is complete, the resume, cover letter and portfolio website content we create for you are yours to use. We may keep anonymised samples (with all personal details removed) to improve our services, unless you ask us not to.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Upload false documents, or anyone else's resume or details without consent.
• Copy, resell or misuse our website, content or services.
• Abuse or harass our team.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Job59 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will notify you by email or on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
